• To participate in the conference, it is necessary to submit to the organizing committee of the conference, by March 17, 2016, an application for participation in the prescribed form. & nbsp;
              
• Deadline for submission of abstracts - no later than March 22, 2016 in electronic (on diskette or E-mail) and in printed form. & nbsp; - Payment of the organizational fee no later than April 6, 2016. & nbsp;
              
• Conducting the conference - May 17 to 18, 2016. & nbsp;
              
• The issuance of tax invoices and acts of work performed at the conference is guaranteed only to those participants who paid the organization fee and transferred to the organizing committee a copy of the certificate of the VAT payer no later than April 6, 2016.
